Outreach​
Serving our City is essential to Avenue Church NYC. We want to help you find new ways to show our neighborhood the love of Jesus.
On the first Tuesday of every month, the Avenue Church NYC community serves with our friends at UOC to help prepare and serve their Community Dinner for 200 food-insecure neighbors.

In 2019, our historical social justice mission, the Urban Outreach Center of NYC was granted non-profit status (after being a ministry of Avenue Church NYC for nearly 35 years).
​
Today, the UOCNYC operate from its beautiful new 5,000 square foot home in the lower level of our building at 1745 1st Ave, serving over 2,000,000 meals in 2023. Learn more at www.UOCNYC.org and @UOCNYC.
